The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it sleeps up to 12. The main bedroom has an ensuite, there is a second bedroom with a queen size bed and then 2 further rooms each with bunk beds for 4. A large family room with pool table and a kitchen - dining room occupy the centre of the house. Other than linen and consumables - everything else is supplied.
Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday, with tenants vacating the property by 9 am. The caretaker will check the property prior to occupation and is on hand to help with any problems that may arise.
