10. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have each a double bed, the other 2 have each 3
single beds.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2 door
fridge/freezer, a chest freezer, microwave and gas stove with oven.
There is air-conditioning in the main living area, all bedrooms have
ceiling fans. The laundry has a washing machine, the sitting area, a TV.
There are enclosed verandas front and rear - ideal for small children. A
fish cleaning facility to the side of the house with ample parking for
cars and boats.
The property is completely self
contained, tenants need only supply their own linen.

Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday, with
tenants vacating the property by 9 am. The caretaker at Coral bay will check the property prior to occupation
and is on hand to help with any problems that may arise.
