This spacious and comfortable house is situated on top of a rise. It is approx 150 meters from the beach, with sweeping panoramic views of the bay. The house is capable of accommodating up to 10 people, perfect for two to three couples - or families with children.
There are four bedrooms. Two have Queen beds,  one a double bed and one large room with two single beds and two sets of bunk beds (ideal children's retreat).
The living areas are a large family/dining room a kitchen and a patio with superb views of the bay.
The lounge has has TV -DVD PLAYER & VCR. There is a telephone - for incoming calls only.
The kitchen has two 360 litre refrigerators, a gas stove, a microwave and spacious work benches.
Fresh rain water for drinking is from a tap situated near the kitchen sink. All other water in the house is hot artesian - suitable for showers, laundry and kitchen use.
There is one inside bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a second toilet in the house and a further external enclosed shower on the patio area.
The laundry has an automatic washing machine and a further 150 litre freezer (for the catch of the day!!!)
The main feature of this house is the large expansive patio for outdoor entertaining with gas BBQ and jarrah setting. Our house has been designed to take in many views - boating - spectacular sunsets and cooling sea breezes during the summer months. We have ceiling fans in all rooms.
 

Other than linen and consumables - everything else is supplied.
