The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the housing estate. Coral Bay was originally established as a fisherman’s retreat and as such the private accommodation is cottage style. 

The house has three bedrooms. One room has a double bed, the second room has two singles, and the third has a bunk bed and single. There are beds for seven people. There is a central living area with dining and kitchen, with the bathroom and laundry leading off this central area. A second shower is found outside the pergola. 

A large, enclosed and lockable pergola extends the living areas to the outside. This is a lovely retreat on winter days, or a great eating area on hot summer nights. A large BBQ is found in the pergola encouraging outdoor eating and lifestyle. 

The front yard is surrounded by large trees ideal for sunset drinks or ‘happy hours’. A swing and climbing rope will entertain the little ones for hours and the lush lawn is great for lying on, playing boche, or just cooling off on a hot day. The trees are spaced ideally for hammocks if you have one.

The house has newly laid linoleum floor covering and contains a 200-litre deep freeze and separate two-door refrigerator, an automatic washing machine, and microwave and gas oven. This is an easy to care house giving you a relaxing holiday. The artesian bore water supplies all the houses with unlimited hot water- your own ‘hot spa’ shower. The water-cooling system allows cooler water for showers may not keep up with demand, so short cold showers. There is rainwater for drinking, which is connected to a tap in the laundry. All rooms have ceiling fans except the room containing the bunk beds and for this there are two extra pedestal fans.

There is a TV with ABC, GWN & WIN reception. Video machines and videotapes can be hired from the photo shop and newsagency. Care needs to be taken when connecting any attaching cables.  Mobile phone coverage has extended to CDMA and GSM Digital reception. Ideal for contacting fishing mates on the water.

The house is fully self-contained, other than linen and consumables- everything else can be found in the house.

The house suits two small families, one large family, or two to three couples. For the fisherman there is a proven and well tested fish filleting table with water troughs and running water, the photo brag board will show you some of the rewards.
