No 4 Marlin Court borders the foreshore reserve, has some glimpses of the bay with the water's edge approximately 60 meters from the doorstep.
It is just perfect for small families or couples, has two bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
The two bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed in each room. They are separated by a central kitchen /living/dining area well equipped with gas oven, large two door refrigerator, smaller single door refrigerator and a chest freezer.
In addition there is a Sony TV, LG VCR/DVD player and single CD player. There is a Webber gas BBQ on the front timber deck verandah, outdoor setting for 6 and a large expanse of level grassed front yard bordering the reserve.
The central living area of the home is air conditioned and there is a telephone available for incoming calls.

Other than linen and consumables, everything is supplied in the house. Linen is available at an additional charge - if required, please enquire at the time of booking.

Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday. Should you have a different requirement, depending on the season, we may be able to accommodate an alternative time.
Once we have confirmed the house is available and we can accept your booking a deposit of 50% of the rent is required.  Full payment plus a bond of $300 is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.  Credit card facilities are available for your convenience.
