5 Marlin Court is a spacious 4 bedroom, two
bathroom house with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The house sleeps 6 adults and up to 4 children comfortably. Outside consists of a paved
courtyard, grassed areas out the front and back and a large wooden deck
with outdoor furniture and views over Coral Bay. An outdoor shower, gas
BBQ and a large fish cleaning table are also there for your convenience.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed with walk
through robes and ensuite bathroom, with access to the rear courtyard.
The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom sleeps
two, with two single beds and the fourth bedroom has two double bunks.
All living areas and most rooms have ceiling fans.
The second bathroom has a separate bath and shower.
The second toilet is separate to the bathroom. The laundry has an
automatic washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped with a large
refrigerator plus a separate 200L chest freezer, microwave and gas
stove.
You only need bring your own linen and consumables - everything
else is supplied.
Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday, with
tenants vacating the property by 9 am. The caretaker at Coral bay will check the property prior to occupation
and is on hand to help with any problems that may arise.
