Rates quoted per room/per night for 2 persons. All rates are inclusive of GST. Each extra person $18 per night
It is our policy for payment to be received in full at least fourteen (14) days PRIOR to guest arrival.
Cancellation policy – A cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days notice of cancellation is received. 50% of one night’s accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received.
Casual dining on site providing good quality meals and open breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days.
APARTMENTS (1-12)
Rates quoted for 2 guests (sleeps 6) Extra person rates $18.00 per person per night. Air-conditioned, one bedroom. 1 x Queen bed in separate bedroom – 1 set of bunk beds (bottom bunk is double bed) and 1 x single bed located in the lounge living area. Private ensuite. Kitchenette, TV and private balcony with superb views over the pool and ocean.
• APARTMENTS (14-17) – First Floor
Rates quoted for 2 guests (sleeps 6) Extra person rates $18.00 per person per night. Air-conditioned, one bedroom, first floor apartment. 1 x Queen bed in separate bedroom
– 1 set of bunk beds (bottom bunk is double bed) and 1 x single bed located in the lounge living area. Private ensuite. Kitchenette, TV and private balcony with secluded balcony with views over the resort grounds.
• BEACHCOMBER UNIT – Ground Floor
Rates quoted for 2 guests (Sleeps 5) Extra person rate $18.00 per person per night. Air-conditioned open plan room with 1 x Queen bed plus 1 x Double bed with single bunk, ensuite, TV, kitchenette, shared BBQ and open verandah with views over pool and ocean.
• CASTAWAY UNIT – Ground Floor
Rates quoted for 2 guests (Sleeps 4) Extra person rate $18.00 person per night. Air-conditioned Motel room with 1 x Queen bed plus 1 Single bed with rollout trundle. Private ensuite, kitchenette.
• THE GRANDRates quoted for 2 guests (Sleeps 8) Extra person rate $18.00 per person per night. Air-conditioned 2 bedroom fully self contained ground floor apartment. 1 x Queen and 1 x single bed in main bedroom. 1 x set of bunks (bottom is double bed) plus 2 singles in second room. Bathroom, laundry, DVD, TV, private outdoor entertainment area with BBQ. Uninterrupted views of the ocean.
• THE PENTHOUSE – First Floor
Rates quoted for 2 guests (Sleeps 2) Spa room with King size bed, TV, video, CD player, minibar, microwave, spa bath. Spectacular view of Coral Bay.
CHILD POLICY – Any child occupying a bed will be classified as adult and calculated into the room occupancy.
Porterage not included.
